How to prepare for a call
Know your site address. Have your rental start date and end date ready. Tell us how many workers or guests you're expecting. If you're renting for a construction project, mention whether it's a new build, renovation, or demolition, that changes what equipment makes sense. If you need handwashing stations because your crew is applying coatings or herbicides, say so; under 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), soap and towels or a drying device are required, and we'll make sure you have them.
